📋 Description

• Social Media Content Creation & Posting: Develop, curate, and post engaging content on Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand voice and visual standards. • Basic Design & Video Editing: Create basic graphic designs and edit short videos for social media posts and stories using tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar. • Social Media Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a detailed social media calendar that aligns with marketing goals and product launches, ensuring consistent posting and engagement. • Customer Voice-Aligned Content: Draft blog posts and social media captions that resonate with our audience, reflecting their interests, language, and needs. • Trend Monitoring & Engagement: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, engage with followers, and identify opportunities to increase brand reach and engagement. • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on content performance metrics, adjusting strategy as needed to optimize engagement and reach.

🎯 Requirements

• Min 3 years proven experience in social media management, preferably for a brand or agency, with a focus on platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. • Past experience providing social media services for beauty services and treatments within the beauty industry • Interest in the beauty industry • Basic graphic design and video editing skills; experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. • Familiarity with content calendar management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later). • Strong copywriting skills that reflect customer voice and engage audiences. • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing software.
