📋 Description

• Perform basic data analysis using statistics and other methodologies to solve business problems • Ensure data integrity and efficiency • Work collaboratively to design and develop data and machine learning models • Identify trends, patterns and insights from data • Create dashboards and maintain and visualizations to track key performance indicators and effectively communicate trends. • Build pipelines and data flows within Fabric and other Integration Tools • Create detailed technical documentation • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT Teams to gather requirements • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, representing the Analytics team and providing input and support as needed. • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years' work experience in data modeling and SQL Development • Experience writing Python, R, SQL, Excel, JSON preferred • Experience with Power BI (including DAX) preferred • Knowledge of data structures and algorithms • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Fabric a plus • Enjoy uncovering hidden patterns and pulling together disparate data sources. • Detail-oriented, strong problem solving and analytics skills • Ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions • Proficiency in statistical methods and data visualization • Excellent written communication skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Ability to travel 25% for team meetings, company offsites, employee onboarding trips and other business needs • You’re no hero – You know the power of teamwork and celebrate the work of others before your own. • You give a sh*t – You believe in acting like an owner and making Vital Farms a place to be proud of. • You raise the standards – You know growth can be hard, but you strive to improve yourself and others each day. • You can walk in someone else’s boots – You seek to understand other’s viewpoints and think that you get to better answers by sitting on the same side of the table. • You do’n’t walk on eggshells – You’re not afraid to leave the bullshit behind and have honest conversations.
