📋 Description

• Develop and execute a territory strategy • Build and expand distribution partnerships • Drive contractor demand • Achieve volume growth while maintaining pricing discipline • Establish and maintain a consistent operating rhythm • Leverage cross-functional resources to deliver customer solutions • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor and contractor partners • Collaborate with internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field • Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle • Experience developing and executing territory or customer strategies • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams • Effective communication and presentation skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 40–50%)
