📋 Description

• Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in an assigned project (including but not limited to project schedules, budgets, risk lists, communication plans) • Accounts for and reports manpower status for team/site • Prepares progress reports and briefs on project status and milestones • Support projects with a goal of delivering on time, on budget, and with positive measurable outcomes • Monitor project health and identify, document, mitigate, or escalate issues as needed • Maintain detailed application/area plan and risk/decision trackers • Act as a positive change agent during organizational change management process • Organize and maintain internal status reporting and progress tracking across program workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• Oracle Health (Cerner) implementation program management experience required • Federal program management experience strongly preferred • 5 years of related experience required • Bachelor’s degree required (or 9+ years of related experience can be substituted for a degree) • Strong Excel/data skills required • U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust
