• Install, test, and deploy robotic and automation systems at client sites. • Perform mechanical and electrical integration of system components. • Configure hardware for optimal performance. • Conduct basic troubleshooting and field diagnostics. • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and mechanical layouts. • Support client training on system operation and safety. • Document installation steps and configuration changes. • Assist in mentoring, training, and overseeing RDT Apprentices • Travel up to 80% of the time across the U.S. (potentially Canada).
• HSD or GED • Technical training or coursework in Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Technology a plus • 1–3 years of direct field experience in robotics, automation, or industrial systems. • Strong proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. • Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical integration. • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, client-facing environments. • Effective communication and teamwork skills. • Familiarity with industrial safety procedures and lockout/tagout practices. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
