• Lead onsite deployment and commissioning of robotic systems. • Perform advanced troubleshooting and system diagnostics. • Coordinate with multiple trades and client teams for installation planning. • Calibrate, test, and validate system performance to specifications. • Interpret complex mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings. • Train and mentor Apprentices and RDT I technicians. • Provide technical feedback and recommendations to engineering teams. • Ensure adherence to all safety standards and field best practices. • Travel up to 80% of the time across the U.S. (potentially Canada).
• HSD or GED • Technical training in Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in robotics, automation, or complex industrial equipment installation. • Expert knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems integration. • Strong understanding of BMS, FLS, and industrial networking fundamentals. • Proven ability to lead small teams or coordinate subcontractors in the field. • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency interpreting and updating technical documentation. • Preferred Certifications: • OSHA 30 • Amazon Red Badge (training provided) • First Aid/CPR • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred • Preferred Experience: • Prior work in Amazon Robotics or high-volume fulfillment environments. • Field leadership or site supervision experience.
