• Provide clinical expertise and support to community Health and Wellness Directors and healthcare staff • Conduct regular site visits to assess clinical operations, resident care, and regulatory compliance • Monitor resident assessments, care plans, documentation, medication administration, and clinical processes • Guide communities on complex clinical issues, resident health changes, medication management, and care coordination • Ensure consistent implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices across the region • Ensure communities comply with federal, state, and local resident-care regulations • Conduct audits and assist with regulatory surveys and inspections • Identify clinical improvement opportunities and implement strategies to improve outcomes • Monitor and analyze clinical quality metrics • Provide education and training on clinical best practices, regulations, and company policies • Develop and implement regional training programs • Serve as a clinical resource for community staff • Promote resident dignity, independence, choice, and satisfaction • Address resident and family concerns related to clinical care • Coordinate resident healthcare with physicians and other providers • Lead, mentor, and coach Health and Wellness Directors • Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical staff • Collaborate with regional leaders on clinical and operational goals • Represent the company’s clinical philosophy and standards to external stakeholders
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unencumbered license in the state(s) of practice • 5 to 10 years of experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care, including progressive clinical leadership experience • Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local senior-living and resident-care regulations • Expertise in clinical assessment, care planning, and medication management • Strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in PCC, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and other relevant technology • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region • Ability to regularly stand and walk for extended periods; frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds with assistance • Strong manual dexterity for medication administration and charting • Clear verbal communication, acute close-task vision, and ability to hear alarms and instructions • Quick mobility for emergency response throughout the facility
