📋 Description
• Manage global immigration cases by instructing, assisting and communicating with clients to prepare documents. • Assign and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials. • Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback. • Reply to client messages in the case management system. • Work on reference letter projects. • Overtime might be needed to respond to clients' messages and finish client’s projects on time. • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent English writing skills • Strong attention to detail • Outstanding client service skills • Proficients with G Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro • High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines • Demonstrated professional demeanour • Excellent multitasking and time management skills • Have a BA or MA degree • Speak a second language other than English • Relevant internship or work experience as assets
