• End-to-end sales cycle: from lead qualification and advisory meetings with mid-sized and large companies to contract closing and follow-up • Strategic development (60–70%): create and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and company goals—especially focused on inbound • Analysis & reporting: prepare sales reports, track KPIs and derive actions to improve performance • Collaborative team environment: close coordination with internal consulting teams to ensure smooth customer handovers and long-term partnerships • Learning & development culture: participate in training, contribute in team meetings and actively help shape sales processes and tools • Proactive new business development (40–30%): build and develop new B2B contacts through cold outreach, lead generation and appointment setting—with a focus on funding-related and energy consulting services
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, customer success, software sales or business development • Proven track record in outbound acquisition, lead generation or expanding existing customer relationships • Passion for topics such as innovation, energy efficiency, sustainability or digitalization • Confident user of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) • Enjoy analytical thinking, communication and a closing-oriented mindset ("closer" energy) • Native-level German; English skills are an advantage
