📋 Description
• Design ads for Instagram and TikTok in static, carousel, and UGC-style formats • Design ads, emails and landing pages in Figma based on brand guidelines and CRO principles • Come up with new ad concepts based on performance data, hooks, and scroll behavior • Write basic copy for paid ads and headlines when needed • Translate creative briefs into fully flight-ready assets for ad launch• Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Media Buyers, and Account Managers on fast-moving client accounts • Nice to have: Edit short-form video content, primarily UGC ads with captions, hooks, and transitions
🎯 Requirements
• Are a multi-format creative who can move between design and video comfortably • Have 2-4 years experience in a creative role at a performance agency or DTC brands • Are fluent in Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects/Premiere, and Google Slides • Understand ad creative strategy - hooks, angles, and thumb-stopping moments • Are comfortable writing ad headlines, CTAs, and short-form copy • Know how to balance brand aesthetic with performance testing • Can manage yourself in a fast-paced environment with multiple rounds of iteration • Nice to have: Can edit UGC videos (cuts, captions, VOs, overlays, effects) that actually perform • Bonus Points If You... • Have motion or 3D design skills • Have experience designing for Shopify or Webflow • Have worked with cannabis, wellness, or CPG brands • Are curious about creative testing frameworks and performance data
