• Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. • Seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with social media expertise. • Create compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. • Manage and create engaging content for 15+ social media accounts. • Develop and execute social media content strategies across platforms. • Handle social media scheduling, posting, and community engagement. • Design responsive web pages following UI/UX best practices. • Create animated web banners and motion graphics for digital campaigns. • Develop print materials including flyers, pop-ups, billboards, etc. • Produce basic motion graphics for animated advertisements. • Write compelling copy for all marketing materials and campaigns. • Collaborate on creative concepts and campaign development.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Figma • Experience with AI-powered design tools • Basic motion graphics and animation capabilities • Familiarity with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Metricool, etc.) • Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar) • Strong copywriting and content creation abilities • Proven experience in Instagram content creation and management • Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific best practices • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency • Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for visual storytelling • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment • Passionate about both traditional design and emerging social media trends • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills • Collaborative team player with strong communication abilities
