📋 Description

• Financial modeling and analysis: Creating complex financial models for valuations, performance forecasting, and financial planning. • Accounting review: Good mastery of accounting standards (GAAP) to understand financial statements and determine if changes need to be made. • Presentation materials: Advanced abilities in PowerPoint and a good eye for design. • Deal execution: Assisting in all stages of deal execution, including preparing marketing materials and conducting due diligence. • General support: Supporting senior bankers in developing client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, focusing on M&A, private equity, or similar fields. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights and analysis. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software; familiarity with Bloomberg or similar platforms is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
