📋 Description

• - **Financial modeling and analysis**: Creating complex financial models for valuations, performance forecasting, and financial planning. • - **Accounting review**: Good mastery of accounting standards (GAAP) to be able to understand financial statements and determine if changes need to be made. • - **Presentation materials**: Advanced abilities in PowerPoint and a good eye for design. • - **Deal execution**: Assisting in all stages of deal execution, preparing marketing materials, conducting due diligence, and drafting documents. • - **General support**: Supporting senior bankers in developing client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred. • - A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, focusing on M&A, private equity, or similar fields. • - Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring. • - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information. • - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey insights and analysis. • - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. • - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. • - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software; familiarity with Bloomberg or similar platforms is a plus. • - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
