📋 Description

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. • Accruals and prepayments. • Manual Journal Entries. • Monthly reconciliation of account balances. • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. • Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required. • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner. • Assisting with Customer Invoicing. • Ad-hoc duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a finance or accounting position. • Excellent attention to detail. • Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. • Self-motivated and able to work efficiently independently and as a team. • Keen to learn and develop. • Friendly, proactive and positive nature. • AAT Qualified or Part-Qualified CIMA or ACCA (QBE considered) (not required but adds extra value) • Experience with Xero (not required but adds extra value) • Experience with Customer Invoicing (not required but adds extra value) • Experience working in an SaaS environment (not required but adds extra value)
