📋 Description
• Serve as the primary point of expertise for sewer inspection and domain knowledge across Pallon. • Provide technical insights and recommendations that help guide product development and company-wide decisions. • Ensure alignment with external norms (e.g. DIN EN 13508-2, WRc MSCC5, DWA-M 149-2/3, NASSCO, Baufachliche Richtlinien Abwasser). • Partner with engineering, education, and product teams to refine our defect coding service and AI models. • Review and interpret customer feedback, defining appropriate corrective and improvement actions. • Promote a data-driven culture of measurement, experimentation, and continuous enhancement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent experience in sewer inspection. • Proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert in the sewer domain. • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory compliance requirements. • Ability to collaborate across disciplines — from software engineering to product management — ensuring our platform meets and exceeds professional expectations. • Familiarity with inspection and repair methodologies used in both Europe and the Americas. • Experience managing cross-functional projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments. • Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative improvement processes.
