📋 Description

• Execute technical migrations of customer environments from legacy to modern platforms • Own policy mappings, data retention configurations, API setups, and log ingestion validations against Golden Standard design templates • Run practitioner-focused Day in the Life (DITL) workshops to drive platform adoption • Educate customer teams on platform workflows, alert triage, incident response, Agentic-AI, and automated playbooks through 1-on-1 and cohort-based delivery • Lead Value Realization sessions with customer technical stakeholders • Use native platform dashboards to demonstrate ROI, security efficacy, and operational efficiency • Secure formal project sign-off and customer satisfaction • Own the end-to-end customer transition lifecycle within the Global Transformation Practice

🎯 Requirements

• Professional-level technical acumen in security operations infrastructure, cloud migrations, or technical consulting • Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR/XSIAM, Prisma Cloud, or Strata, or direct competitive migration experience • Strong technical background in security automation • Experience executing CLI scripting, Python, and REST APIs for bulk policy configuration and data modeling • Excellent customer-facing communication skills • Proven ability to run technical workshops and maintain strong executive presence • Scale mindset focused on artificial intelligence and automation • Ability to develop reusable playbook concepts and author technical documentation • No immigration sponsorship or work visa sponsorship is available
