🎯 Requirements

• **About the Role** As a Data Integration Engineer, you will join the Data Integration Product-Engineering Squad, and collaborate with Customer Success teams to build and operate Data Connectors used to ingest data into our product. The connectors are central to Panaseer, collecting all the data from our large-scale enterprise customers to generate our CCM insights. This role is rooted in operational service delivery, supporting the daily functions to ensure a robust and dependable platform that keeps data flowing in reliably. You'll get the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and supportive environment focused on growth and innovation. • Key Responsibilities The role centres on operational excellence, bringing fast and reliable support, and high-quality delivery across all customer environments. On a day-to-day basis, you may: • - Triage customer requests for new or enhanced Data Connectors, translating them into actionable product requirements. • - Scope technical requirements for development, ensuring solutions are scalable and suitable for broader customer use. • - Test and verify Data Connectors, ensuring high-quality standards are met. • - Support customer implementations, including incident triage and resolution. • - Provide customer-facing support when required. • - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth product rollouts and gather actionable feedback. • - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational stability and reduce friction • - Feed operational learnings and recurring customer issues to improve the product.
