• Define, build, and scale workflow capabilities (e.g., document creation flows, approvals, routing, automations) across core industries. • Standardize and systematize key workflows so they feel unified and intuitive across the platform. • Collaborate closely in a trio setup with a dedicated UX designer and engineering manager to drive outcomes. • Lead one or more engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions in iterative increments. • Partner with Product Marketing to define and evolve product-market fit and drive adoption. • Use user research and behavioral data to discover pain points and optimize the experience. • Drive experimentation and A/B testing strategies to unlock growth and improve activation. • Build for extensibility—ensuring other internal teams can leverage your platform to build vertical solutions.
• Have 4–6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform teams. • Have a strong bias toward simplifying complexity for the end user. • Think in systems and workflows, not just features. • Are deeply analytical and comfortable using data to inform product decisions. • Have a sharp eye for UX and care about creating experiences that don’t need manuals. • Are energized by cross-functional collaboration and love working with design, engineering, marketing, and sales. • Want to work on a top-priority product area with strong leadership support and visibility.
