📋 Description

• Recruit fractional and advisory CxO partners • Onboard and activate every new partner • Coach partners through the 3 phase close cycle • Operate the partner pipeline • Drive expansion and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in channel, alliances, partnerships, or partner-led sales • Comfort with senior people • Operator's brain • Coaching instinct • Mid-market fluency • Hybrid GTM comfort • Existing relationships in fractional CFO networks (Nice to haves) • Background at a Service-as-Software, fractional talent, or modern data platform company (Nice to haves) • Experience standing up a partner program from the early innings (Nice to haves) • Familiarity with mid-market data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, BI tools) (Nice to haves)
