📋 Description
• Maintain, support, and enhance our Windchill system • Manage the Windchill environment, ensure its reliability and performance • Provide technical support to users • Perform system upgrades, configuration management, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring • Manage and execute backup and recovery procedures for Windchill environments • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations to improve efficiency and speed
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Windchill administration • Expertise in system administration for both Windows and Linux server environments • Strong experience in database administration (Oracle/MS SQL) • Solid understanding of network and security protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, etc.) • Experience with system monitoring and performance troubleshooting • Expertise in performance tuning and system optimization • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve issues under pressure • Excellent problem-solving abilities for both routine maintenance and unexpected system challenges.
