📋 Description

• Your mission is to shape this ecosystem into beautifully orchestrated learning journeys that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human • As our Learning Experience Designer, you’ll bridge psychology, storytelling, and product design to craft experiences that make people say: “This didn’t just teach me, it changed me.” • Design the journey, not just the content and lessons • Script learning experiences that engage both heart and mind: every word, exercise, and soundscape must drive transformation, not just knowledge • Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem: loops, PX Agents, protocols, membership • Create new courses with subject-matter experts • Co-create courses with top performers, translating their expertise into cinematic, science-based learning journeys • Lead end-to-end course design, from initial strategy through final delivery • Own scripting, copywriting, and production of educational assets (e.g., learning modules, assessments, reflection prompts, supplemental materials) • Conduct desk and user research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure • Write and optimize prompt chains; refine tone and flow until every interaction feels human and transformative • Review AI-driven conversations to improve the agents • Define transformation-focused KPIs (not just completion metrics) • Iterate on courses using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics • Be obsessed with user problems: talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, and identify where transformation breaks down • Apply principles from habit formation, self-determination theory, and behavioral triggers to drive daily practice and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (experience in EdTech, coaching, or transformational education preferred) • You’ve shipped at least one major feature or product end-to-end and can demonstrate measurable results • Comfortable using AI tools and Figma • Proven track record designing and delivering digital learning experiences across a variety of asset types (e.g., video, written content, assessments, interactive experiences) • Portfolio including one or more cinematic, narrative-rich courses or learning programs (not just standard corporate training; premium courses preferred) • Strong writing skills: an editorial thinker experienced in producing high-quality external-facing content • Strong aesthetic sensibility: you care about how the course “feels” • User- and impact-obsessed: you think in outcomes, not outputs, and prioritize transformation • Critical thinker: able to convert vague problems into clear hypotheses, challenge assumptions, deconstruct and rebuild models grounded in real data, field insights, and lived experience • Digitally and AI-savvy: able to build AI agents or demonstrate the ability to learn and apply these skills rapidly • French: native-level • English: fluent — able to converse about detailed topics with English-speaking colleagues
