• 7+ years of successful sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, preferably in B2B technology or enterprise software. • Strong technical background, with experience understanding, articulating, and selling deeply technical products or solutions. • Experience in managing or leading high-performing sales teams. • Experience managing the sales cycle for enterprise accounts, with highly consultative sales that require relationship building at multiple levels. • Comfortable creating and delivering presentations to a range of audiences, from engineers to C-level executives. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats, and excelling with little structure.
