📋 Description
• Act as the technical lead for all ServiceNow development activities within the India-based team • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Configurators and developers, ensuring adherence to best practices • Conduct peer reviews to maintain quality and consistency in development work • Actively work on user stories, configurations, and customizations within the ServiceNow platform • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, standards, and governance • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Hands-on development combined with leadership responsibilities
🎯 Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with at least three of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM (IT Service Management), HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery), SPM (Service Portfolio Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of ServiceNow Configurators/Developers • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, design patterns, and configurations • Experience with peer reviews, quality assurance, and solution governance • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team • Ability to balance hands-on development work with leadership and mentoring responsibilities • Must be located in India / able to work fully remotely within India • Nice to have: experience working in large-scale enterprise implementations; knowledge of integration with external systems using APIs; familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
