📋 Description

• Lead and direct the finance team to deliver accurate and regular management information to the Board and departments and divisions. • Develop and lead the evolution of the Company's financial reporting processes and business systems. • Support the MD and the company in the budgetary planning and forecasting processes. • Ensure all financial accounting and administration functions, internal controls and reconciliations are performed properly. • Produce and interpret management accounts. • Ensure the year end audit is performed properly. • Generate and maintain the group's cash flow and budgeting requirements. • Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory matters. • Financial planning (forecasting and budgeting). • Reporting of budget variances and cost control. • Training & mentoring.

🎯 Requirements

• An accounting qualification, ACA/ACCA or CIMA • 10 years post-qualification experience in a financial management role (Financial Manager or FD) • Strong proficiency in financial software and databases • Experience working with financial forecasting software (advantage) • Supply your own IT equipment and have a minimum 20mb broadband connection • Classified as a self-employed contractor and responsible for your own tax
