📋 Description

• You will be responsible for fact checking all legal claims and preparing court papers when we need to take a debtor to court. • You will assist credit controllers in compiling handover files and ensure information is accurate and relevant. • You will have a keen eye for detail, and accuracy, and have experience working between teams to investigate and fact check information. • This is an exciting and challenging position, the successful candidate will relish the large amount of responsibility placed with them. • The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of working to deadlines, in a sometimes demanding environment, that forces you to multi-task.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 year’s experience working as an administrator • At least 3 year’s experience as a legal administrator. • Proficient in office programs with a good typing speed (min. 50 wpm) • Excellent telephone manners and communication skills. • Must be organised and able to work off own initiative. • Advanced knowledge of MS excel.
