• Manage all logistics for 70+ contracted events per year, including trade shows, conferences, and virtual events. • Proactively research and recommend new external trade shows and conferences targeting key audiences. • Own and meticulously manage the overall trade show and events budget to ensure cost-efficiency. • Provide hands-on marketing support, driving pre-event lead generation campaigns and post-event follow-up coordination. • Work with national school leadership organizations and their local/state chapters.
