📋 Description

• Identify and develop transformative AI opportunities within existing customer organizations • Design and prototype novel business models that leverage AI capabilities • Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams to identify high-value AI applications • Collaborate with internal experts to build proof-of-concepts and pilots • Drive expansion through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives • Lead customer workshops and innovation sessions to uncover new use cases • Develop deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and their practical applications • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into solutions • Create repeatable playbooks for AI value creation across industries • Build economic models and business cases for AI initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies - you can discuss transformer architectures, fine-tuning approaches, and deployment considerations • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (experience with Python, notebooks, or API integration is a plus) • Ability to work directly with data scientists, engineers, and technical stakeholders • Strong business acumen with experience in business model innovation • Comfort with ambiguity and creating structure from scratch • Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills • Track record of driving expansion within complex enterprise accounts • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field; advanced degree preferred for senior roles
