• Independently manage all vendor-related aspects of global clinical trials • Proactively manage vendor-related risks • Reviews vendor related protocol sections • Collaborates with Vendor Study Manager for bid process • Manages vendor service excellence at study level
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree required, advanced degree preferred • 3+ years working experience in clinical operation processes and vendor management • Excellent knowledge of GxP and ICH regulations • Very good knowledge of clinical trial design • Experience in User Acceptance testing for e-COA and IRT • Very strong vendor management skills • Results-driven • Strong influencing and negotiation skills • Proficient in written and spoken English
