📋 Description

• Lead the organization’s internal activities for the implementation of NetSuite. • Develop and maintain the internal implementation work plan. • Coordinate internal participation in requirements gathering, process walkthroughs, and configuration reviews. • Maintain complete and current project governance records. • Document and track key business, technical, scope, and implementation decisions. • Coordinate internal and third-party resources involved in system integrations and other technical dependencies. • Monitor completion of required project training, process documentation, and operational readiness requirements. • Support the transition from implementation to operational ownership. • Regularly review risks, issues, assumptions, and budget impacts with the internal team. • Monitor implementation partner performance and deliverables. • Provide regular project updates to sponsors and stakeholders. • Participate in regular meeting rhythms, quarterly priorities, and defined role accountabilities with the internal project team.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business administration, finance, information systems, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Demonstrated experience managing system implementation, ERP, finance system, or enterprise application projects. • Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams, external implementation partners, and business subject-matter experts. • Strong understanding of project governance, risk and issue management, testing coordination, data migration, change management, and go-live readiness. • Working knowledge of core finance and accounting processes sufficient to validate requirements and challenge scope. • Project management certification or formal project management training is considered an asset. • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system is strongly preferred. • Demonstrated experience managing external vendors and implementation partners against a statement of work (SOW). • Experience managing project budgets, including forecasting, tracking actuals against plan. • Experience leading organizational change management and user adoption for system implementations. • Business analysis and process-mapping capability sufficient to assess whether business requirements are complete. • Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools.
