• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) • 8+ years in a marketing or agency environment managing multimillion-dollar client relationships • Proven success leading executive-level client conversations, renewals, and growth initiatives • Demonstrated ability to mentor, lead, and develop high-performing teams • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen • High emotional intelligence and ability to “read the room” • Skilled in negotiation, proposal shaping, and storytelling • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing (digital, media, creative, print) • Financial literacy—comfortable discussing margins, scope, and profitability • Excellent collaborator across departments and leadership levels • Strong follow-through and accountability; delivers on commitments • Adaptable and resilient under pressure; maintains professionalism in challenging situations
