📋 Description

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries and help them navigate shopping experiences to ensure satisfaction. • Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat. • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and provide support throughout the shopping process. • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. • Accurately document customer interactions to assist with overall service improvement. • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals. • Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills. • Work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential. • A strong desire to provide excellent customer service and support. • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. • A passion for retail and understanding of customer needs. • Willingness to embrace the flexibility of remote work while living in beautiful Greece!
