If you're fluent in Danish and have a passion for entertainment and customer service, this role is designed for you! • In this dynamic position, you will assist Danish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our online streaming platform, ensuring they have the best possible viewing experience. If you are ready to make an impact in the world of digital entertainment, we want to hear from you! • Your Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer support to Danish-speaking clients via various communication channels. • Assist customers with questions related to streaming services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction. • Engage in ongoing training to stay current with the latest content and industry developments.
• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service. • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage time efficiently.
