This role is ideal for those who are passionate about technology and have a knack for assisting customers. You will be an essential part of our support team, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our Danish-speaking customers regarding their mobile products and services. • Your Key Responsibilities • Deliver outstanding support to Danish-speaking clients related to mobile applications and devices. • Troubleshoot and resolve mobile-related issues effectively and efficiently. • Guide customers in using mobile features and address inquiries with clarity. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance and improvement. • Collaborate with product development teams to communicate customer feedback. • Engage in continuous learning and training to enhance your technical capabilities and product knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required. • Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Strong familiarity with mobile technology and applications. • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. • Clear communication skills to convey technical information effectively. • A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively. • A passion for technology and a desire to help customers!
