🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential. • Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • Strong knowledge of mobile technology and applications is preferred. • Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly. • A team-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively. • Passion for technology and a desire to assist customers!
