🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. • Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. • A strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service. • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in home appliances or a related field, is a plus but not mandatory. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive team player with a friendly and positive attitude. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
