📋 Description

• As a Software Engineer on the Onboarding team, • you'll play a key role in building Paxos' next-generation onboarding platform. • You'll work on critical initiatives to automate customer onboarding flows, • integrate with compliance vendors, • and create scalable solutions that support Paxos' growing global customer base. • This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on how customers begin their journey with Paxos, • working across our full technology stack to deliver elegant solutions to complex regulatory and technical challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, • with proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions • Strong expertise in building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs • Experience with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) • Track record of writing clean, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage • Strong understanding of security best practices and experience building secure systems • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex requirements into manageable tasks • Experience with workflow engines and state management systems is a plus • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and KYC/AML processes is a plus • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve how you work • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
