📋 Description

• Own accounting platform integrations across customers and partners as the central product point of contact for the partner implementation team • Scope, prioritize, and close integration opportunities predictably • Define patterns, guardrails, and lifecycle management for safe, scalable configuration changes • Enable cross-product consumption of accounting platform modules • Establish operating cadence with the partner implementation team, including SLAs, callbacks, escalation paths, and joint working rhythms • Serve as the interface between partner implementation, engineering, and product squads • Translate requirements between partner teams and internal teams and remove execution friction • Define and track product health metrics such as time-to-integration, SLA adherence, escalation volume, and adoption • Standardize and document patterns, configuration playbooks, and operating procedures • Run ongoing discovery using usage data, escalations, partner feedback, and performance trends • Own a roadmap end-to-end from discovery through delivery and iteration

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or accounting and finance platform contexts • Strength in operational product management • Exceptional soft skills and stakeholder navigation • Strong fluency in integrations concepts, including flat files, APIs, configurations, object models, and event-driven patterns • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear operating models • Familiarity with accounting ERPs, finance platforms, or the payroll ecosystem is a strong plus • Bias for documentation, repeatability, and clear ownership • Comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining executional rigor • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or workstation • Ability to operate a computer, participate in video calls, and use common productivity and communication tools
