• Conduct thorough due diligence assessments on prospective and existing SBIR/STTR and xTECH awardees • Analyze contracts, proposals, and financial statements for compliance • Identify and assess fraud risks related to SBIR/STTR and xTECH programs • Provide guidance and support to program stakeholders on compliance and regulatory matters
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in contract analysis, financial auditing, fraud analysis, or a related field • Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and standards • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven ability to conduct investigations and due diligence assessments • DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility (preferred)
