📋 Description

• Since 1984, PDMI has provided pharmacy data processing and flexible, scalable solutions including PBM services, 340B administration, hospice and long-term care services. • Lead and mentor the 340B operations team, fostering engagement, development, and accountability. • Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. • Serve as the escalation point for operational issues, driving timely resolution and collaboration. • Partner with IT and internal teams to optimize workflows, technology use, and client service delivery. • Collaborate with 340B Training and Operations Manager for onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer for new clients and team members. • Support financial operations including invoicing, revenue tracking, and budget management. • Drive process improvements, SOP development, and audit readiness. • Provide operational insight to support strategic planning and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, account management, pharmacy services, or related areas with a focus on 340B programs. • Strong knowledge of 340B regulations, compliance, and operations. • Skilled in financial oversight, strategic planning, and resource management. • Comfortable analyzing data, using digital tools, and leveraging technology to improve operations. • Hands-on leader who can jump in, solve problems, and be creative in a smaller organization. • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, pharmacy, business, or a related field. • 340B certification preferred. • Key competencies: Change Management; Delegation; Employee Engagement; Ethics & Compliance; Financial Acumen; Leadership & Development; Mentorship; Operational Optimization; Product Expertise; Scalability & Growth; Strategic Decision-Making.
