📋 Description

• Manages large, complex projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and long-term (3-5 year) roadmaps. • Acts as a mentor and provide guidance and direction to other project managers. • Supports the PMO through upholding the team values and ensuring all tools, templates, and systems are kept current and working efficiently. • Leverages expertise to identify issues in troubled projects or programs and implements solutions to deliver successful outcomes. • Ensures programs and projects meet objectives while supporting the overall organizational roadmap and driving business process optimization. • Defines, tracks, and reports on measurable outcomes for projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals. • Identifies and mitigates risks across projects; escalates critical issues to stakeholders while proposing actionable solutions. • Leads cross-functional teams with a continuous improvement mindset to deliver impactful results across departments. • Analyzes, summarizes, and presents project status, issues, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and senior leadership; works cross-functionally to gain alignment and drive action. • Drives continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and recommending enhancements that increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Works with Program Managers to direct program activities ensuring all projects remain on track and support overall program goals. • Completes and reviews reports related to the Project Management Office as directed by leadership. • Influences internal and external contacts regarding policies, procedures, or practices to align with organizational objectives. • All other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma (GED equivalent). • Minimum five (5) years' experience in project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, managing cross-functional teams in a financial or operations environment, and developing effective business solutions that align with company and business unit/department objectives. • PMI-ACP • Bonus Points if you have: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field of study • PMP, CAPM, Agile Certification
