• Take the Next Step in Your Insurance Sales Career with a Company That Invests in Your Growth. • Peak Plans LLC, a fast-growing national insurance brokerage, is hiring licensed, motivated, and results-driven tele-sales agents to join our dynamic remote team. • This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Medicare agents who want to work from home, receive a steady flow of inbound leads, and earn top-tier commissions. • As a Remote Medicare Insurance Agent with Peak Plans LLC, you will guide clients through their Medicare options, helping them find the coverage that best fits their needs. • You’ll handle inbound calls, follow up with interested prospects, and build your own book of business with the full support of our experienced leadership team. • Engage with inbound callers seeking Medicare coverage and provide expert guidance on available options. • Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate plans, including Medicare Advantage (MAPD) and Medicare Supplement policies. • Accurately document all client interactions and ensure full compliance with industry regulations. • Foster long-term client relationships and manage renewals during Annual Enrollment Periods (AEPs).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans. • At least 1 year of tele-sales or call center experience. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong communication, active listening, and closing skills. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. • Familiarity with CRM systems and solid computer proficiency. • Must have a personal computer, headset, Ethernet connection, and webcam. • Active Resident Health Insurance License required. • 2026 AHIP Certification (certificate may be requested during the interview process). • 15+ non-resident state licenses preferred. • Understanding of contracting restrictions and ability to provide release documentation, if applicable.
