• 4+ years in e-commerce or project management - ideally with consumer goods, CPG launches, or natural products • Product launch expertise - you've managed major product releases from testing to full-scale marketing • Shopify + subscription experience - you've built recurring revenue systems and optimized for retention • Multi-channel coordination - balanced D2C growth with retail partnerships and community engagement • Supply chain awareness - experience preventing stockouts and coordinating with fulfillment teams • Community building - you've used customer communities for product development and UGC generation • Strong written English - for retail presentations, community management, and stakeholder communication • Bonus: Experience with CPG retail partnerships, subscription businesses, or natural products brands • Extra bonus: You've launched products through both D2C and retail channels simultaneously
