• Maintain and enhance the current Pearl Talent website using Webflow, ensuring it stays aligned with the latest web trends, design principles, and user expectations. • Optimize the website’s performance for speed, SEO, and responsiveness across all devices. • Design and develop new pages or features for the website as needed, improving usability and functionality. • Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to implement and align design changes, updates, and new initiatives on the site. • Monitor website performance and provide ongoing technical support, ensuring the website remains error-free and runs smoothly. • Use Webflow to build and update website pages, ensuring they are responsive, visually stunning, and optimized for performance. • Translate design concepts from Figma or brand guidelines into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow websites. • Integrate animations, interactions, and dynamic elements to create an engaging user experience without sacrificing speed. • Implement updates and new features on the existing site, improving overall functionality and design. • Optimize existing website pages for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO using Webflow’s built-in tools and SEO best practices. • Regularly monitor site analytics, traffic, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement. • Work on technical SEO, including meta tags, title tags, structured data, redirects, and other on-page optimizations to improve visibility and rankings. • Implement A/B tests and analyze performance to improve conversion rates and user engagement. • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure the website aligns with Pearl Talent’s evolving brand and strategic objectives. • Regularly review and update the website to ensure it stays current with Pearl Talent’s offerings and industry trends. • Troubleshoot and resolve any website-related issues, ensuring the site remains functional and user-friendly.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing websites with Webflow. • Strong understanding of SEO in the US market, including familiarity with US-based search trends, tools, and best practices. • Solid knowledge of Webflow’s design interface, CMS, and interactions. • Experience implementing technical SEO directly within Webflow (e.g., meta tags, schema, redirects). • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams across time zones. • Ability to balance both design sensibilities (e.g., typography, layout, spacing) and technical implementation. • Fluency in responsive design and modern web standards. • Proficiency in Figma for translating designs into Webflow-compatible formats. • A basic understanding of HubSpot for integration with website elements such as forms, CTAs, and workflows. • Experience with AI tools to automate and optimize web design processes (e.g., using AI to enhance SEO or create dynamic content).
