🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience editing for direct response brands or performance marketing campaigns • Strong understanding of engagement-driven editing techniques (pacing, storytelling, viewer retention) • Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) • Ability to work with briefs and scripts to bring strategic concepts to life • Attention to detail, excellent file organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines • Familiarity with AI tools for editing or asset sourcing (Nice-to-Have) • Experience creating for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms (Nice-to-Have) • Motion graphics or animation experience is a bonus (Nice-to-Have)
