📋 Description

• As the team's technical lead, you will continuously optimize our close and budgeting processes in a hyper-growth environment. • You will also be proactive in driving transformation and innovation within the team (AI, automation and standardization). • If needed, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of an EPM: technical coordination, communication, timeline management and change management with the Finance team and key stakeholders across other teams. • You will lead cross-functional strategic projects for the company (e.g., customer margin analysis).

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in FP&A / Finance Operations, ideally in a tech scale-up • Proven experience in financial project management and change management • Successful experience implementing a key internal tool with a cross-team scope (EPM implementation is a plus) • Strong command of FP&A processes (budgeting & forecasting, reporting, management control, P&L and cash flow) • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of a project simultaneously: resources, timelines and deliverables • Comfortable collaborating with a variety of stakeholders beyond the FP&A team • Rigour and attention to detail • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
