📋 Description

• Assist colleagues with onboarding and using the accounting tool via their dedicated chat channel • Train accounting team members on the tool’s advanced features via chat • Ensure proper follow-up on requests until tickets are fully resolved to guarantee user satisfaction • Identify any anomalies present in the tool • Diagnose and resolve issues encountered by accountants, based on a strong understanding of accounting principles • Collaborate with technical teams to handle anomalies • Work closely with teams including Developers, Product Manager, Account Manager and Sales • Identify potential improvements to the product • Maintain product knowledge through a strong interest in our product and active monitoring of its features

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting education (BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, Master’s in CCA) • Minimum of 5 fiscal periods of experience in an accounting firm • Proficiency with innovative work tools and new technologies • Autonomous, able to solve problems independently and find solutions • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Professional working proficiency in English • Strong written communication skills to interact with accountants clearly and professionally • Ability to understand and respond to client needs, deliver excellent service and maintain strong client relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to the tool’s rapid evolution • Willingness to learn and stay up to date on product developments • Remote-friendly position with 1–2 days per month on-site in our Paris office (expenses covered)
