• Respond to customers via WhatsApp, phone and platforms (Airbnb and others). • Provide consultative service, understanding the occasion (wedding anniversary, dating anniversary, celebrations, etc.) and recommending the ideal cabin. • Explain features, differentiators and details of each cabin. • Convert leads into bookings — many leads require persuasion, so a sales-oriented profile is essential. • Act with an ownership mindset, proactively seeking to acquire customers. • Carry out small commercial initiatives and support marketing strategies to attract guests. • Serve as the focal point for general inquiries: location, check-in, facilities, services, etc. • Register and record bookings in the Desbravador system. • Ensure all information is kept up to date so the operations team can open the group and organize the stay. • Issue and submit invoices monthly on the Receita portal (Brazilian Federal Revenue Service).
• Technical or university degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields. • Basic knowledge of English and Spanish (for guest communication). • Highly energetic, dynamic, communicative and persuasive profile. • Sales skills and consultative customer service experience. • Organized, detail-oriented and responsible. • Proactive with an ownership mindset — results-driven and focused on delighting customers.
