• Drive innovation, amplify Percona’s voice as a thought leader • Grow Percona’s MariaDB database business • Build bridges across teams, align stakeholders, get things done • Deliver customer success through 24/7 support and managed services • Contribute to open source and build Percona-maintained software
🎯 Requirements
• Own and grow Percona’s MariaDB database business • Drive innovation and scale adoption of open-source software • Comfortable owning big goals, budgets, and outcomes • Lead a small team to deliver customer success through 24/7 support • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams • Experience with MariaDB-compatible databases is a strong plus
