• Provide practical day-to-day support to our Legal Officer across a range of legal and administrative tasks • Review straightforward contract queries such as identifying specific clauses or terms using our internal guidelines • Escalate anything complex, sensitive, or outside scope to the Legal Officer or relevant GRC colleagues • Maintain and update legal files, registers, and workload management systems to a high standard • Liaise with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely responses to legal requests • Contribute to other tasks that help keep our GRC function operating smoothly
• A Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field • Around 1–3 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting • A solid understanding of contract structures and legal terminology • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach • Clear communication skills and confidence managing competing priorities • The ability to follow established processes while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
