📋 Description

• Primary contact for users of complex inorganic analytical instruments, including installation, maintenance, repair and qualification • Provide technical support and on-site customer contact as needed, closely coordinated with our team of experts • Advise on software updates, instrument upgrades, qualifications/validations and process optimizations • Perform qualified failure analyses and document solutions to support continuous improvement for customers and within the company • Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing and for decisions regarding repair or replacement

🎯 Requirements

• A degree or vocational training in chemistry, chemical engineering, analytical chemistry, a technical discipline or a related field is desirable but not required • Ideally, initial experience in technical field service/support for software-based analytical systems • Independent, structured and efficient working style; strong organizational skills, commitment and a high level of customer focus • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken • Proficient in MS Office • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (approx. 90%)
